Moreover, it is because my approach to business has always allowed me to obtain exceptional results both in achieving financial objectives and in terms of the individual and collective performance of my team members, that I had the idea of formalizing it. The systemic dimension came later. It is by starting from the way we can create wealth in an efficient and sustainable manner, that I realized the implications of the model on the non-professional community."
