Sustainable Capitalism, an oxymoron that I enjoy serving to people in the professional world. Because you see, my passion for over 20 years has been planning and deployment of strategic business development plans . I've made it my profession. But I'm also fully aware of my natural and social environment. Combining both sensibilities in a dynamic way has allowed me to find purpose in conducting business.

A TECHNIQUE AND A POSTURE

So, what I call Sustainable Capitalism is both a method of operation and a mindset. It is the result of the amalgamation of reproducible lessons learned from my experience as an employee and as an entrepreneur. Each step of my journey, each performance or setback, has fueled and anchored this unique approach; it is particularly fruitful for professionals and society.

It is because my approach to business has always allowed me to achieve exceptional performances for my partners and myself, that I decided to disseminate it.

Thus, my consulting firm , ND Consultant, exists to help companies achieve their economic objectives through individual and collective performance of their employees. As you can see, we offer an alternative approach to doing business. Because it brings value to all stakeholders, namely, the individuals involved in development, companies, and communities in which they operate.

TRANSMIT AND PROGRESS TOGETHER

My passion for management has led me to work in a variety of professional environments. From transportation to luxury, from archiving to trading, from insurance to events, and now corporate hospitality, few sectors are completely unknown to me. In several European and sub-Saharan African countries, I have had the privilege of collaborating with companies and individuals from different cultures and backgrounds.

I chose to document and organize all of these encounters and experiences, in order to use them as levers for creating value in business and within our communities.

So do not hesitate to comment and question the process! The debate is open 😉
